SPECIALIZATION

Hanifin Home Builders can build your home on property you already own or a lot you plan to purchase. We have built in the most desirable areas in the Capital District. Places like Bethlehem, Guilderland, Colonie, Schodack, Clifton Park and Half Moon.

We build beautiful houses in existing, well-established communities by subdividing larger properties. These new homes match their immediate locale in price and appearance. We go so far as to study neighboring houses, then select styles that will coordinate and integrate right down to the color of the siding and trim.

We also build developments. We built a 32-lot subdivision, Rose Gardens, in South Colonie and are currently working on an upper end 10-lot custom home subdivision on Orchard St. in Delmar.
